因為B肝及脂肪肝而去做了定期追蹤，照腹部超音波的時候，

本色肝疾病分數: 5分, 並有稍微酯防肝.
我只記得醫生跟我說有輕度的脂肪肝，以及抽血檢討的結果罷了翻譯

我比較在乎dianosis裡的score 5，不知道這代表什麼意思?
因此想拜託一下，看有無人能幫忙翻譯、解讀。
